We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required.
- Returns of open-boxed or used products will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

- Once your return is approved upon inspection, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
- Pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a note inside the package with the word “Return” and your order number.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

- For defective items, we provide a store credit only.

To exchange an item:

Refund Process
- We will notify you after inspecting your return to confirm whether it is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
What Is Covered
- Dead on Arrival: Product does not function upon first use.
- Auto-Firing: Device activates without user input.
- Leaking on Arrival: E-liquid leakage upon opening the package.
What Is Not Covered
- Flavor Preferences: Dissatisfaction with flavor is not eligible for returns.
- Longevity/Puff Count: Variations in lifespan or puff count are not covered.
- Misuse: Damage caused by improper handling or usage is excluded.
