Order Processing
We process orders from 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. Once your order is placed, it can take 24 to 72 business hours to process before being shipped.
Fulfillment & Transit Times
Smoking Vibes strives to ship most orders within one business day, with all orders shipping within three business days of placement.

Adult Signature Requirement & Carrier Fee
In accordance with federal law and jurisdiction, all vape mail orders must include Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for any packages containing e-cigarette or vape-related products. This is a legal requirement under the PACT Act.
The carriers may request to scan a valid government-issued ID to confirm age during delivery. If this service is required for your order, a mandatory $7 fee will be applied at checkout.
If you are typically unavailable during normal delivery hours, we strongly recommend shipping your order to a business address, as any person 21 or older at that location may legally sign for the package
Regional Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that certain products may be unavailable for purchase in your area due to state or local laws regulating the sale, distribution, or use of specific items. If your shopping cart includes restricted products, you will receive an error message at checkout indicating the issue.
Currently, vape product sales are restricted in the following states, and may also be prohibited in additional areas not listed here:
Restricted States: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and others.
This list is not exhaustive. Restrictions may apply to various product categories depending on your location and are subject to change at any time. Additionally, coupon usage may be limited in jurisdictions with specific regulatory requirements.
International Shipping & Responsibility
If your country or state is not available at checkout or if no shipping methods appear when selecting your location, unfortunately, we are unable to process payment or ship orders to that destination currently.
All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and will not be automatically converted to your local currency. Smoking Vibes is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, or other shipping-related fees associated with international delivery. Smoking Vibes is not liable for packages delayed, seized, or stopped by customs authorities, nor for any additional charges that may arise during the customs process.
If a package incurs additional shipping costs due to customs rejection, incorrect address, or return to sender, those costs may be deducted from your original payment before any refund is issued.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office or regulatory agency regarding rules and restrictions on importing electronic cigarettes or vaping products into your country before placing an order.
