Smoking Vibes Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Tracking Notifications
At Smoking Vibes, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. However, during periods of high demand, processing may take up to 72 hours. Holidays may also delay processing and shipping times.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking emails may end up in your spam folder. For the most accurate updates, track your package using the tracking number provided, and avoid using third-party apps such as the Shop App. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system.
Free Domestic US Shipping on Orders Over $50
Orders with a final cart price exceeding $50 (excluding taxes, discounts, and rewards) qualify for free domestic shipping within the United States. Smoking Vibes is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Next-Day Shipping Service
Next-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on weekdays. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next business day. For orders placed over the weekend, processing will occur on Monday unless Monday is a holiday, in which case processing will move to the next business day.
Please note that if a package does not arrive the next day as expected, Smoking Vibes is not responsible for the delay. Any issues with delivery must be addressed directly with UPS, the third-party carrier. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for shipping fees in such cases.
Estimated Transit Times (Standard Shipping)
- Eastern US: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Western US: Typically delivered within 4–8 business days.
- International Packages: Delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 6–14 business days.
Please note that these transit times are estimates and do not include order processing times, weekends, or holidays.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow up to two business days after the estimated delivery date to contact us.
For packages marked as “Delivered” but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your leasing office, or household members before reaching out.
Smoking Vibes is not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
Issues related to lost shipments must be resolved between the customer and the third-party carrier. Additionally, if a shipping service, such as USPS Priority, provides an estimated delivery time (e.g., 2-3 business days) but fails to deliver the package within the promised timeframe, Smoking Vibes does not take responsibility for the delay and will not refund the shipping fee.
Important Notes on Shipping Responsibility
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may result in delays, returns, or lost packages. Smoking Vibes is not responsible for any associated costs.
- Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped upon payment of additional shipping fees.
- Delivery drivers may not have access to gated communities or apartment buildings. To avoid delays, please provide access codes or ship to a leasing office if applicable.
- Smoking Vibes does not refund shipping fees for late deliveries.
International Shipping Policy
1. Global Coverage: We offer shipping to select regions worldwide. Please confirm your destination’s eligibility during checkout.
2. Carrier Selection: We primarily use reputable carriers like UPS and USPS for international shipments, determined by the destination, package size, weight, and service availability.
3. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages: Smoking Vibes relinquishes responsibility for packages once they are handed over to the carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
4. Delivery Timeframes: International delivery times vary based on location, customs clearance, and carrier logistics. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
5. Tracking Information: Tracking updates may be limited after packages leave the origin country.
6. Communication and Support: For questions or concerns, contact our customer support team. We are dedicated to providing assistance wherever possible.
